No! Happy Hour Fitness is designed for people of all fitness levels. Our experienced trainers will work with you to modify exercises and make sure you're getting the most out of your workout.
No prior fitness experience is necessary. Our workouts are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels, and our trainers will work with you to modify exercises as needed.
Each workout is designed to be intense and full-body, incorporating elements of HIIT, strength training, and cardio. You can expect to be challenged and pushed to your limits, but also supported by our experienced trainers and community.
